Is SAR supported?
Yes. Saudi Riyal (SAR) can be set as the tenant currency through per-tenant locale and currency configuration, alongside Saudi timezone defaults.
Can we capture Saudi National ID and Iqama?
Yes. Resident and owner profiles include configurable identification fields — National ID, Iqama, passport, and trade license — available on day one.
What about Ejar?
Ejar registration references are configurable fields on lease records; direct Ejar API integration is not included out of the box and can be scoped on Enterprise plans.
Does ArkanPM support Arabic?
Yes. The UI ships bilingual with Arabic/RTL layout support. Notifications, announcements, and document templates can be localised per tenant.
Is ArkanPM suitable for large Saudi conglomerates with multiple entities?
Yes. The multi-tenant architecture with PostgreSQL row-level security enables each subsidiary to operate in full isolation, or share one tenant with building-scoped role assignments.
