Capability at a Glance
What every ArkanPM tenant gets on day one.
Regional Readiness, Tenant-Configurable
ArkanPM does not ship with direct government-API integrations. Instead, each UAE regulatory touchpoint is represented as a configurable field or compliance template your team maintains inside the platform.
Ejari reference per lease
Capture the Ejari registration number as a configurable field on every lease record. Direct integration with Ejari is not included out of the box.
RERA-style tracking
Use the Compliance module to maintain RERA-aligned regulatory requirements, certificates, and expiry schedules per building.
Dubai Municipality inspection templates
Build Dubai Municipality-style inspection templates in the Inspection Templates library — versioned, weighted, and scored.
DLD reference on ownership
Store the Dubai Land Department reference alongside title deed details on each Unit Ownership record in the Owner Portal.
Civil Defence cadences
Schedule fire-safety inspections at Civil Defence cadences using recurring Preventive Maintenance and Inspection schedules.
Arabic + English UI
Arabic and English UI readiness with RTL layout support across the application shell.
Core Modules for UAE Operators
The modules most UAE portfolios lean on across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
Leases
Full lease lifecycle with AED pricing, Ejari reference fields, and auto-generated lease numbers.
Owner Portal
Emirates ID, trade license, IBAN, and DLD reference captured on every owner and ownership record.
Resident Portal
Arabic-first resident self-service for requests, bookings, visitor passes, and announcements.
Compliance
Track RERA-style requirements, Civil Defence certificates, and Dubai Municipality inspection cadences.
How Operators Put ArkanPM to Work
Illustrative scenarios for UAE portfolios — not customer testimonials.
“A Dubai-based mixed-use operator managing several towers across Downtown and Business Bay can centralise Ejari references, lease renewals, and Civil Defence inspection cadences in one tenant.”
“An Abu Dhabi residential-fund manager can give individual owners a portal showing only their unit ownership, title deeds, DLD references, and upcoming lease expirations — without exposing building-wide financials.”
“A Sharjah facilities contractor can operate inside a tenant admin's ArkanPM as a Vendor User, receiving work orders scoped to their buildings with SLA timers running against UAE business hours.”
UAE FAQ
The regional questions we hear most from UAE operators.
Does ArkanPM support Ejari?
Ejari reference numbers are configurable fields on lease records; direct government-API integration is not included out of the box and can be scoped on Enterprise plans.
Is AED the default currency?
Yes. AED is the default tenant currency, and per-tenant locale, timezone, and currency settings can be configured at any time.
Does ArkanPM support Arabic?
Yes. The UI ships with Arabic and English and RTL layout support. Notifications, emails, and document templates can be localised per tenant.
What about UAE data residency?
ArkanPM is built on PostgreSQL with row-level tenant isolation and can be deployed to UAE Azure regions under Enterprise agreements. Contact us for residency specifics.
Can owners with Emirates ID + IBAN be onboarded?
Yes. The Owner Portal captures Emirates ID, passport, trade license, nationality, power of attorney, bank name, account number, and IBAN out of the box.
Does ArkanPM integrate with RERA or DLD directly?
No. RERA and DLD references are maintained as configurable fields and compliance templates inside ArkanPM. Direct government-API integrations are not shipped by default.
